Returns

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, lingerie must be tried on over your own underwear.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons: hosiery, lingerie accessories, and beauty products.
